Winter brings colder weather and in return, sickness becomes rampant. So, you wonder what are some ways to help prevent my child from getting sick and keep them healthy.
Here are just a few tips to keep our kids healthy:
1. Wash hands frequently with soap and water for 15 to 20 seconds.
2. Exercise for at least a half hour or more. Regular physical activity helps build the immune system!
3. Eat a healthy and nutritious breakfast each and every morning.
4. Use tissues when sneezing and coughing. Helps to stop the spread of germs.
5. Dress your kids in layers and don't forget about their hands and head when going to play outside.
Here's to a great, but healthy Winter!
